Ingredients
| 275g Crème Muffin Mix |
| 25mL Canola Oil |
| 110mL Water |
| 30g Cocoa Powder |
| 30g Dark Chocolate Bits |
| 30g White Chocolate Bits |
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Line a 6 muffin tray with muffin papers.
- Place water and oil into mixing bowl, followed by the Crème Muffin Mix and cocoa powder.
- Using a beater attachment on an electric mixer, beat on low speed until combined. Scrape bowl and beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Fold through the chocolate bits so they are evenly distributed.
- Pour mix into the muffin papers.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until they spring back when pushed down.
