Ingredients
| 225g Champion Self Raising Flour |
| 1tsp Salt |
| 1 Egg |
| 250mL Milk |
| 150g Finely Diced Bacon |
| 125g Grated Parmesan Cheese |
| 2tbsp Chopped Parsley |
| 2tbsp Chopped Chives |
| Pinch of Pepper & Oil for frying |
Method
- Sift flour and salt into a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine the milk and egg. Gradually add the flour and mix well to make a smooth batter. Add more milk if batter is too thick.
- Add remaining ingredients apart from the oil.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Fry in batches with approximately 1 tablespoon per patty. Cook until both sides are browned.
- Drain on paper towel before serving.
